- September 19, 2016 (Monday): breakfast, departure to Altay at 8-30 a.m. (8h bus trip), accommodation in "Aya" hotel, dinner.
- September 20, 2016 (Tuesday): Lectures, presentations, posters. Conference dinner.
- September 21, 2016 (Wednesday): Lectures, presentations.
- September 22, 2016 (Thursday): sightseeing, bus tour + some hiking.
- September 23, 2016 (Friday): breakfast, 8h trip back to Novosibirsk, accommodation in the local hotel.
- September 24, 2016 (Saturday): departure of guests.

Aya Hotel-Park is a hotel complex with a capacity of 270 people during the summer season. The hotel offers guests a relaxing stay with various activities on the shores of popular Aya lake.
